Internal Whistleblowing Policy
BALANCE Tax and Administrative Services Ltd. has established an internal whistleblowing system (hereinafter referred to as the reporting system) in accordance with Act XXV of 2023 on complaints, public interest disclosures, and rules related to whistleblowing (the "Complaints Act"), and taking into account Section 9 (2) of the Labour Code, within which reports can be made.
